Aircraft Bushings
Aircraft Bushings Division of Mcon Services, Inc. (ACB) is a company that's primary business is to manufacture class 3 aircraft replacement articles as referenced in FAA Advisory Circular 43-18 and defined in FAA order 8120.2.
Our customer eventually consumes these articles in repairs that they are performing in accordance with 14 CFR part 43.13 (a) and (b).
The articles that are produced by ACB are produced in accordance with the instructions that are provided by the customer and made of materials call out.
These articles that are produced are not a finished product and generally require additional processing such as but not limited to: non-destructive inspection/testing, protective finishes (cadmium plating, etc.), wear resistant finishes (chrome), part marking, etc.
When performing this type of work for an aircraft maintenance provider (repair station, air carrier, etc.) the work will be processed by ACB in accordance with this Quality Manual.
This Quality Manual will ensure that ACB follows a Quality System similar to that required by our FAA certificated customers.
